Condemning the Bombing Incident Targeting the Residence of UBJP Vice Gubernatorial Candidate Ustadz Hisham Nando
I strongly condemn the recent bombing incident that targeted the home of Ustadz Hisham Nando, our UBJP Vice Gubernatorial Candidate. This cowardly and senseless act of violence has no place in our society, especially as we strive for peace, justice, and good governance in the Bangsamoro region.
Ustadz Hisham is a respected religious leader and public servant whose commitment to the welfare of our people is unwavering. An attack on his life is not just an attack on one manβit is an affront to the values we hold dear as a community.
Let it be clear: violence will never silence our vision for a better Bangsamoro. I call on our security forces to swiftly investigate and bring the perpetrators to justice. I also urge our people to remain vigilant, united, and steadfast in rejecting all forms of political violence and intimidation.
Together, let us continue working toward a peaceful, inclusive, and dignified future for all.
