Cotabato City | May 23, 2025 - Member of Parliament Abdulbasit R Benito participated in the Committee on Finance, Budget, and Management meeting held at the Speaker's Lounge, Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA) Parliament Building, Bangsamoro Government Center Compound, Cotabato City.
As a sitting member of both the Parliament and this vital committee, MP Benito joined fellow lawmakers in a session presided over by Committee Chairperson MP Atty. Kitem Kadatuan Jr. The agenda focused on Committee Membership Leveling-Off and Other Matters, a timely and strategic discussion aimed at strengthening the alignment, functionality, and responsiveness of the committee as it continues to tackle pressing financial concerns in the region.
